Server, Channel, and Role IDs (for setup and customization)


Timestamps (for giveaway scheduling and logs)


We do NOT collect personal information like emails, IP addresses, or anything outside of Discord.

We use collected data only to operate bot features, such as:


Hosting and managing giveaways


Handling giveaway settings and roles


Providing simple usage analytics (basic and anonymized) 


No data is sold, shared, or stored for marketing or external use.

Giwy does not permanently store your data unless required for functionality (e.g., giveaway history).


Temporary data (like entries) is deleted after giveaways end.


Server owners can request removal of their server data anytime by contacting the bot owner.
